British Airways, one of the world's largest airline carriers, was looking for a way to bring back business travelers. What followed was the concept, design and implementation of the first ever British Airways Executive Club Frequent Traveler Program. My role as art director was the concept, design and implementation of a three tired program which included communications to frequent flyers, travel agencies and corporate travel departments. I was responsible for developing all creative concepts, managing a two-week European photo shoot (nice work, if you can get it) and executing an array of award-winning work, including dimensional and traditional mailings, promotional materials, and monthly newsletters.
